Jigmaking

An essential part of the leakage and flow testing is the test fixture, in which the specimen to be tested is inserted, fixed, clamped and sealed. The attention of ergonomic aspects and tolerances of the specimen as well as the adaptation to test specifications like e.g. reducing of volume or the using of special tubing requires extensive know-how. Only with this know-how the best test severity and repeatability of leakage and flow tests can be reached.
