In a well functioning quality management system, periodic maintenance and calibration of testing appliances/equipment is essential.
Our service team provides all possible means for preventive or on-time maintenance and calibration of all testing devices or installations from our product range.
All products leaving out house are recorded in a maintenance register. Our customers are informed in writing in good time before a recommended calibration interval expires to ensure timely maintenance or calibration.
Maintenance and calibration is carried out in our facilities as well as on-site. We provide the required returned measuring devices with DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle - German Accreditation Body) certificate. A service protocol will be prepared for every case so that it is possible to trace the works carried out. After completion of calibration, a works test certificate will be prepared for every testing device confirming the compliance with returned measuring devices.
A maintenance contract is often recommended, especially if a larger number of testing appliances can be combined.
For particularly time-critical production processes we offer a 24h service contract. A competent service technician will be on-site anywhere in Germany within 24h, guaranteed.
If required our) service team is ready for world-wide operation, if required in case that on site service should not be ensured by one of our international agencies.
In addition, most of our PC-controlled testing installations allow for support by remote diagnosis via a modem connection. The customer only needs to provide a telephone or internet connection close to the testing installation.
