Process times set too long cause unnecessary machine runtimes and thus significant costs. Process times that are too short often lead to pseudo-rejects or incorrect tests.<br>Achieving the truly optimal parameter settings has previously only been possible with extensive experience or elaborate test series.<br>This problem is automatically solved by the intelligent leak testing system <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drwiesner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/4_Lecktest_INTEGRA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INTEGRA <\/a>through the optionally available <em>autoTune<\/em> process.<br>Using a sample test piece, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drwiesner.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/4_Lecktest_INTEGRA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INTEGRA <\/a>automatically determines the optimal process parameters after entering a few characteristic values, which can usually be read from the product drawing. The required reproducibility is achieved with the shortest possible process time. When using a <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.drwiesner.de\/en\/glossary\/test-leak\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">test leak<\/a>, the process capability of the automatically determined parameters is verified.
