In addition to the development and manufacture of high-quality testing equipment and systems, a comprehensive, practice-oriented customer service is one of our core strengths.

Our customer service includes support in the creation of specifications, test regulations and test instructions, as well as well-founded consultations, user training courses and the implementation of individual test series. For short-term needs, we also provide loan devices. For small series, pilot series or if a testing facility is not worthwhile, we take over the tasks and perform contract testing for you.

As part of our after-sales service, we offer regular maintenance and calibrations – either as part of a maintenance contract or flexibly as needed, worldwide on site or in our factory.
